These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website dfwledpro.com and the services provided by DFW Energy Efficiency LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as dfwLEDpro.com. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

DFW LED Pro is an Authorized Dealer of JellyFish Lighting, providing professional permanent LED lighting installation services throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We are a division of DFW Energy Efficiency LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We are not the manufacturer of JellyFish Lighting products — we are factory-trained, authorized local installation experts.

2. Services

We provide professional installation of permanent LED lighting systems for residential and commercial properties, including:

• Permanent LED eave lighting
• Holiday and seasonal lighting
• Accent and security lighting
• Landscape and pathway lighting
• Patio lighting
• Commercial lighting solutions

All installations are performed using genuine JellyFish Lighting products — a patented, 48-volt commercial-grade system with IP67 waterproof rating.

3. Quotes and Proposals

• All quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Pricing is based on the scope of work described in the proposal. Any changes to the scope require a written change order signed by both parties.
• Additional charges may apply for programming, setup, or materials not expressly detailed in the original proposal.

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required upon signing the installation agreement.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of installation.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
• Financing options are available for qualified customers.
• Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month (compounding). A 25% collection charge will be applied to delinquent amounts, plus reasonable attorney fees and court costs if collection action becomes necessary.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your installation agreement within 3 calendar days of signing for a full refund of your deposit.
• After the 3-day cancellation window, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• Once installation has commenced, all payments are final and non-refundable.

6. Installation

• Installation will be performed according to the diagram approved and signed by the customer at the time of sale.
• The customer must provide a safe work area free of obstructions, materials, and animals during the installation period.
• Access must be available to the entire property during the installation window.
• Work in progress is not expected to function as a completed system. The customer uses any unfinished system at their own risk.
• Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Warranty

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Every installation is completed to match the approved diagram signed by the customer at the time of sale. If any aspect of the installation does not match the approved design, we will correct it at no additional cost.

Lifetime Warranty on LEDs and Equipment

All JellyFish Lighting LEDs and equipment are backed by a lifetime warranty. If any LED or equipment component fails under normal use, we will repair or replace it.

Service Commitment

• 72-hour response time from the time of your service call.
• 14-day replacement guarantee for any faulty equipment identified during a service visit.

Labor Warranty

Installation labor is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for 1 year from the date of installation.

What Is Not Covered

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from:

• Abuse, neglect, or intentional damage
• Improper use or failure to follow product instructions
• Modification, relocation, or repair by unauthorized parties
• Installation of non-OEM (non-JellyFish) parts
• External causes such as storms, fires, power surges, electrical storms, or acts of God
• Normal wear and tear or corrosion
• WiFi or Bluetooth connectivity issues

Warranty Terms

• Warranties are personal to the original customer and are non-transferable.
• Warranties are contingent upon full payment for the installation.

8. Limitation of Liability

• DFW LED Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific installation giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for damage to customer-furnished equipment or materials.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design elements — is the property of DFW Energy Efficiency LLC or its licensors (including JellyFish Lighting) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

10. Website Use

• This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service inquiries.
• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.
• Information on this website does not constitute a binding offer. All services are subject to a signed installation agreement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFW Energy Efficiency LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue mediation before initiating legal action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from DFW Energy Efficiency LLC (operating as dfwLEDpro.com).

• Program Description: We use text messaging to send informational updates, including scheduling confirmations, assessment reminders, requested quotes, and customer service follow-ups.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your upcoming appointments.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

• Carrier Liability: Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
